The bay mare (1978, out of *Morning Dew by *Texas Hope) was the last offspring of *Texas Hope, who sired 99 foals, according to Tephra.se.
Misty served as a broodmare for many farms across the country and also was trained to ride.
She was retired by Lismore Farm in Wentzville, Missouri.
