Rebecca Star
Rebecca Star at age 3 at her first horse show in 1898 in Phoenix, Arizona. It was a night show, with some of Becky's later classes held in a brightly lit arena after darkness had fallen.
The bay pony (1986, out of Kerrymor Teatime by Lynfields Kiltuck) was bred by Stonehurst Farm in Southern Illinois. She showed in a few hunter shows in Arizona and had one foal by Foxglove’s Killian Red, a gelding named Kan’s Autumn Shamrock, before eventually becoming a sport horse broodmare for Kaleidoscope Farm in Kentucky.
We have added a photo of one of her offspring, Peek-A-Boo, sired by a pinto son (Windwalker) of Kaleidoscope’s well-bred Oldenburg stallion, Weltstern.
